The water way
But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” – John 4:14
At King Solomon Tabernacle Ministries, we believe that water is not just physical—it is spiritual, powerful, and prophetic.
Water is one of the most sacred elements God created, and throughout scripture, it has been used as a symbol of healing, cleansing, rebirth, and divine power.
Water flows from the throne of God. It represents life, movement, transition, and transformation. In Africa, water has always been a medium of spiritual connection, used in prayer, healing, and cleansing rituals—long before Western traditions reached our land.
In the Bible, water is often used as a sign of God’s presence and power:
-
📖 2 Kings 5:10–14 – Naaman, a powerful commander, was told by the prophet Elisha to wash in the Jordan River seven times to be healed of leprosy. When he obeyed, he was cleansed.
-
📖 John 9:7 – Jesus told the blind man to wash in the pool of Siloam. The man obeyed, and his sight was restored.
-
📖 Exodus 14:21–22 – God parted the Red Sea, and Israel crossed on dry ground. Water became a gateway to freedom.
-
📖 Revelation 22:1–2 – A river of the water of life, clear as crystal, flows from the throne of God. The tree of life grows beside it, and its leaves bring healing to the nations.

How We Practice the Water Way
At King Solomon Tabernacle Ministries, we use water as a prophetic tool for healing and renewal, always led by the Spirit of God—not in superstition, but in faith and obedience.
🔹 Cleansing Water Prayers – We anoint or wash with water, asking God to cleanse hearts, minds, and bodies.
🔹 Baptism & Rededication – A fresh commitment to walk in God’s ways through water immersion.
🔹 Healing with Water – Sometimes, water is prayed over and used to bring peace to troubled souls or healing to the sick.
🔹 Spiritual Symbolism – In teaching, we explore the depth of what water means for African people and God’s people globally.
🌍 Africa and the Water Connection
Many African tribes understood the sacredness of water long before colonizers demonized it. Streams, rivers, and springs were places of prayer. We do not worship water, but we recognize it as one of God’s first creations and most powerful tools. It is time for Africa to reclaim the spiritual purity of water—used in Jesus’ way, not in fear or idolatry.
